Therapy
If you’re facing challenges like anxiety and depression, seeking help from a therapist can make a significant difference in your life. We have developed a project to provide teletherapy to someone like you, free of charge and on your terms. Regardless of whether you currently have a CASA volunteer or left the foster care system, you can have your own therapist if you’re between the ages of 12 and 20 and in the foster care system, or if you are 21 to 30 and have formerly been in foster care.
Emotional Well-being
Taking care of your emotional well-being is crucial, especially when facing challenges like anxiety and depression. This resource aims to boost your confidence and help you build a positive and hopeful outlook towards your future.
Flexible and Confidential Sessions
With our teletherapy program, private sessions are conducted online. These sessions are 100% confidential, ensuring your privacy and comfort. You no longer have to worry about transportation to a therapist’s office, and our flexible approach allows you to stay with the same therapist no matter where, or how often you may move locations within California.
Dedicated Therapists
The volunteer therapists in this program are dedicated and compassionate professionals. They have committed themselves to providing trauma-informed care and providing you with the support and guidance you need.
If you are ready to start weekly teletherapy, please ask your social worker to refer you or use the link below to self-refer.
